Lyrics
Info: The Beatbombers are DJ Ride and Stereossauro. They present themselves as “turntablists and beat nerds capable of rocking any party,” but they are much more that that: they are two-time world champions in the categories of scratching and turntablism. Live, the duo like to explore the potential of turntables, never missing an opportunity to go out and rock audiences of all sizes, but before that they spend hours in the studio perfecting the art of creating beats. “Turntable Food”, DJ Ride's debut album, was also the first time the name Beatbombers appeared on a track. A four-headed and two-handed monster was born that would come upon international glory on the stage of the IDA championship: in 2011 and 2016. In 2017, the duo finally released their debut album: with artwork by Vhils and the collaboration of several Portuguese artists, they signed one of the records of the year that also included the international DJing legends DJ Kentaro and D-Styles, two major references for Ride and Stereossauro. In 2018 they composed the soundtrack of the video that presented Portugal as the host country for the Eurovision Song Contest, while also composing the score that accompanied the fireworks show that greeted the arrival of 2018 at Terreiro do Paço, in Lisbon.
