| Info: The Weatherman is a portuguese band formed in Porto in 2006 by it's mentor and songwriter Alex Monteiro. The band's line up is completed with drummer Nuno Sarafa, bassist John Andre, and keyboardist Rui Maia. After a one year break away from live performances to focus exclusively on writing and recording the new album, The Weatherman is back in 2012 reinventing itself, with it's poppier record to date and simultaneously more autobiographical. Simply titled "Weatherman," the new album features 12 pop songs wrapped in a sound that carries influences from electronic music to european folk, bringing a new identity to The Weatherman path. | |
